Fast and accurate – When an assignment is given to us, we consult all or chosen segments of our approximately 1 800 Agents to find the best candidates – 800 senior Agents and the remaining part in the segments Professional and Middle Management. We do not need to advertise or search through data bases. The candidates are already in the agents’ minds. Through our sister company Nova, we have access to an additional 7 000 top talents; the Nova members. The individuals we reach are the kind of people that cannot be found in any CV database or headhunters’ network, and we find them fast
Thorough recruitment process – When the agents have recommended their candidates in our system, our thorough recruitment process starts. We select and evaluation all candidates’ present status, their interest in our client and the willingness to take the next career step. We meet the selected candidates for an in-depth interview, present a minimum of 3 candidates for the client and schedule the interviews between the client and the candidates. We check the candidates’ references and arrange for tests (if required by the client).
The Agents – Our agents are “hand-picked” and thoroughly screened. All of them have been interviewed in order to become a part of our Network. What they all have in common is that they have access to great networks, both private and professional, in Sweden and internationally. The agent, whose nominee is successfully employed, receives a portion of the recruitment fee. This is an important incentive for them to really engage themselves in the recruitment process, and an important statement from our side. Each and every agent is personally vouching for their candidates. This is one reason why Agentum is able to present top candidates to our assignments.
